Bill not only talks the talk but walks the walk. For the past 20 years Bill has been involved in various sporting activities including VFL – Williamston Football Club and AFL – U19 Melbourne Football Club. He is also an experienced marathon runner and has been placed in the top 20 in the Melbourne half marathon. Bill’s experience and knowledge assists him to work with individuals from all fitness levels from first-time exercisers to elite athletes meeting their needs and capabilities. He loves to share his passion for health and fitness and is committed to help you achieve your health and wellness goals and believes that it’s never too late too start.

One size does not fit all, that's why Bill believes that having individual instruction is vital to maximise your success. His training sessions are always fun and he is a very positive and motivating trainer. You will be closely monitored and each exercise demonstrated properly to ensure you develop and maintain correct technique to help maximise your results.
