Lose 10kgs in 10 weeks Have you tried to lose weight before and been unsuccessful long term? The D&E System is designed and personalised around your body type. It involves a personalised diet plan around the right foods for you and the foods you like. Exercise plays an important part in any weight loss and our Personal Training sessions give you the encouragement to push you harder than you normally would yourself. The D&E System also includes studio membership, with your own individualised program, that a Personal Trainer will design from your free postural session. EXTRA KILOGRAMS If after losing 10 kilograms in 10 weeks, you would still like to lose more, you can continue till you reach your goal weight. We continue with your weekly weight ins and measurements. MAINTENANCE This is the program that will teach you and ensure that the hard work and effort you put into your weight loss, stays that way. The last thing you want is to put on some of the weight you have just worked so hard to lose. The maintenance program will allow you to have your bad days and know that it will not effect your weight. You will have monthly weigh ins and measurements done. You will have the option of staying with weekly personal training sessions or having fortnightly sessions. |
