PERSONAL TRAINING Personal Training allows individuals or small groups up to 4 people, have specialised programs that have been designed for your goals. A personalised program and individual attention will assist you, in reaching your desired health and fitness levels sooner. Your Personal Training sessions may focus on weight loss to sports specific (ie. fun runs/tennis/golf) to general health and fitness. WEIGHT LOSS The faster way to lose weight and keep it off, is to have a Personal Trainer motivating you. Whether it is 5 kilograms or 30 kilograms, you will want the support of one of our experienced and qualified trainers. SPORTS/ACTIVITY SPECIFIC If you have never participated in a fun run before, now may be the time that you want to achieve this feat. Allow one of our Personal Trainers to write you a program and guide you through your training. You may want to add a few metres to your golf drive? Our Personal Trainers can show you specific exercises and stretches to make this a reality. HEALTH & WELLBEING Are you just wanting to increase your fitness or maintain your current level of fitness?
